Boarding Pricing & Policies
Our boarding rates are charged per night, like a hotel, rather than per day.

How We Charge for Boarding
You are charged per night, not per day.
Boarding begins the day you drop off your dog and continues for a 24 hour time period until pick-up.
If you pick up before 9:30 AM, there is no additional charge beyond the single-night rate.
If you pick up after 9:30 AM, an additional daycare fee applies.
Example:
Drop-Off: Monday morning (7:30 AM – 9:30 AM)
Pick-Up: Tuesday morning (7:30 AM – 9:30 AM)
Charge:1-night boarding rate
If you need to pick up later (between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM), a daycare fee will apply for the extra time spent at our facility.
This structure ensures flexibility for pet parents while maintaining a clear and fair pricing system. Let us know if you have any questions!

PRIVATE LESSONS
Our training program focuses on building a strong, lasting bond between you and your dog through proven positive reinforcement methods. Whether your goal is to address specific behavioural challenges or strengthen obedience skills, we’re here to help! We offer training options, including Board & Train programs and 1:1 Private Sessions, ensuring personalised attention and results tailored to your dog’s unique needs. Welcome to the ultimate dog den experience! Our board and train services make training stress-free by doing the heavy lifting for you. While your pup enjoys their stay in our state-of-the-art facility and daily play in the Adventure Zone, we’ll build a strong foundation of obedience and behavior. When it’s time to reunite, you’ll get to enjoy your well-trained dog while learning at a pace that works for you.
All programs come with 3-6 months of ongoing support from our training staff.

GROOMING
A structured daily routine is essential for reducing stress in dogs, especially in new environments. Your dog will rotate in small groups from outdoors > indoors > rest to support your dogs overall health and happiness.
No more than 1:10 staff to dog ratio:
We maintain a 1:10 (or less) staff-to-dog ratio to ensure every pet receives the individual attention and care they deserve. This ideal ratio allows for: consistent supervision, enhanced interaction and peace of mind. By prioritizing proper staffing, we create a supportive and secure experience for every dog in our care.
Every member of our team will receive training in animal behavior, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional care. With a certified trainer on-site daily, our commitment to high-quality staff reflects our dedication to delivering superior care for your beloved pet.
We prioritize your pet’s health and safety with the highest hygiene standards. Our facility uses Rescue, a professional-grade cleaner available exclusively to veterinary clinics and rescue organizations. Rescue eliminates 99% of germs and airborne pathogens within 5 minutes of contact, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Additionally, we utilize a fogging machine multiple times a day to enhance sanitation and protection, giving you peace of mind that your pets are cared for in the safest conditions possible.
We are excited to welcome you to our new boarding, daycare, training, and grooming facility! To ensure a smooth experience for you and your furry friends, we’ve outlined our check-in and checkout process below.
Check-In and Check-Out Scenarios:
1. Overnight Stay with Daycare:
– Example: If you check in on Monday morning between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and pick up on Tuesday morning between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, the total cost is just one night stay.
– This price covers one night of boarding, which includes daycare (camp) for the day.
2. Extended Stay with Daycare:
– Example: If you check in on Monday morning between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and pick up on Tuesday afternoon between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, the total cost will be your one night boarding price plus a $50 daycare fee. (originally $67)
– This is because the dog will stay for an additional daycare session after the overnight stay.

We understand that some dogs may have had challenging experiences at other facilities, and we want to assure you that our team is here to help! Our facility is staffed with professional, certified dog trainers and behavioral specialists who are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for all dogs.
If you have concerns about your dog’s behavior, please let us know! We are committed to working with you and your dog to address any issues and ensure a positive experience.
Important Note:
We do not allow dogs that are people aggressive in our facility. It’s essential to differentiate between people aggressive and people reactive. If you are unsure about your dog’s behavior, we encourage you to have them evaluated. Behavior is our specialty, please let us help!
We recognize that not all dogs will get along with every other dog. To accommodate different personalities and temperaments, we have developed a new socialization program that places dogs into small playgroups, or “packs.” Each pack consists of two to a maximum of 12 dogs. This approach allows for more personalized interactions and helps create a positive social environment.
For dogs that may not get along with other dogs, we provide individualized attention. These dogs will have dedicated time with our professionals to ensure they receive the enrichment and care they deserve.
